Hello, my name is Tina Drake, Owner and operator of Mitten Merchant Solutions. I’ve lived in the “Mitten” my entire life growing up in Saline, Mi and have lived in the surrounding cities of Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and currently Belleville. Although every city I have lived in, I’ve loved, I hope to someday live on one of the many lakes in my beautiful state. Having lived in Michigan my entire life, I am proud to say that I have finally found what it is that I love to do, and that is helping my fellow Michiganders that own small businesses with their payment processing.

For almost 30 years of working, I’ve held many positions in the mortgage industry, been a customer service rep for DTE, a deliver driver for FedEx,  a cook, a landscaper,  you name it, I’ve done it.

The most gratifying part of any job I’ve had was the relationship I had with my customers/clients. IT has always been important to me to take care of them as I would like to be taken care of, even knowing those positions were not my Final Destination.

I look forward to meeting many small businesses owners, not only locally, but all over the state and will be sure to not only meet, but exceed their expectations!
